Any ticket holder that behaves in an unruly or disruptive manner during the event, including, without limitation, failure to follow venue rules, laws, code of conduct, or reasonable instruction from staff, aggressive or foul language, intoxication, or physical/verbal abuse, during, before, or after the event will be required to leave without refund.
